1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the website www.iprettyyou.com, as well as engaging any plan or service offered by I Pretty You, implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If the user does not agree with any of them, they must refrain from using the services.

2. Description of Services

I Pretty You offers design and management services for customized digital invitations, including:

  • Interactive invitations with RSVP confirmation form.

  • Guest follow-up templates.

  • Design of “Save the Date”, monograms, and digital or printed stationery.

  • Guest list management and personalized assistance via WhatsApp, iMessage, and SMS to your guests.
    The services can be purchased through our Basic, Premium or Guest List Management plans, with prices and features detailed on the website.

3. Contracting and Payment Terms

  • Payments for the Basic, Premium or Guest List Management plan must begin with 60% of the budget requested by the client to start the invitation design or message sending.

  • Payments for individual services must be made in full before the design starts or service is activated.

  • Bank transfers, card payments or authorized electronic platforms are accepted.

  • The services include a specific duration and publication period, as informed in the quote or description of the chosen plan.

  • No refunds will be made once the final design has been delivered or the digital invitation publication has been initiated.

  • Your digital invitation design will be completed within 5 business days after we have received your photographs and full information about your event. If the event does not include photographs, the same deadline will apply, since custom illustrations will be required.

  • If your service is a “Save the Date” or any other, the delivery time is 4 business days after receiving the photos.

  • Your website will remain active until 1 month after the event date. Afterwards it will be automatically deactivated. To guarantee your security and privacy, we will delete from our database all names, surnames and phone numbers collected during the RSVP registration the day after your event.

  • In case of a change of event date by the client due to force majeure, if the new date is within one year after hiring the service, the original price will be respected. For dates exceeding this period, the cost will adjust to the current price at the moment of change. If a refund is requested, only 30% of the deposit will be returned, as the remainder will cover administrative and operational expenses incurred.

  • The Basic Plan includes: Digital Invitation Design, PDF card perfect for sending via Facebook or Instagram, Access where you can see who has confirmed, Reminder 7 days before the event via SMS or WhatsApp to those confirmed indicating the date is approaching.

  • The Premium Plan includes: Digital Invitation Design, Save the Date (gift), PDF card with QR code for printing, Monogram, Access to view confirmed, declined and pending guests, Guest Management which includes sending invitations, follow-up to those who have not confirmed, dress code advice, reminder to close confirmations.

4. Intellectual Property

All visual, textual and graphic content on the website, as well as designs, logos and materials created by I Pretty You, are protected intellectual property and cannot be copied, modified or reused without written authorization.
The client guarantees that the images, photographs or materials they provide for the design have the necessary rights or permissions.
I Pretty You may use such images only for:

  • Integrating them into the digital invitation or materials hired.

  • Displaying examples of the work on social media or the I Pretty You website, always giving credit to the photographers, coordinators or brands involved.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

I Pretty You commits to protecting their clients’ personal information in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
The data provided (names, emails, phone numbers, guest lists, etc.) will be used exclusively for providing the contracted service.
Once the event or publication period has ended, guest data will be deleted from our systems, except for those necessary for tax or administrative follow-up purposes.
I Pretty You does not share, sell or transfer personal information to third partie

6. Proper Use of Services

The client agrees to use the services only for lawful and personal purposes.
I Pretty You is not responsible for errors in the delivery of messages or forms resulting from incorrect data provided by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

​I Pretty You will not be liable for temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, force majeure, network failures or errors attributable to external platforms (for example, WhatsApp or hosting services).

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

9. Official Version

In case of discrepancy between translations, the Spanish version of these Terms & Conditions will prevail over any other.
